Please note: this is a location change from the Mayor's Reception Room on the 2nd Floor to a NEW LOCATION - CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 4TH FLOOR.

The Charter Revision Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to:

City Charter §C3-4(B), which relates to succession to the position of acting mayor in the event a Mayor dies or leaves office; and

City Charter §C3-7(B), which relates to the City Council’s time within which to approve or to disapprove appointments of commissioners by the Mayor.

Members of the public are invited to attend and speak on these two proposed changes to the Yonkers City Charter.
