Patterson Crossing Road Rally Tomorrow: All Welcome
GRAND OPENING AT
THE RETREAT AT CARMEL CONDOMINIUMS?
STOP PATTERSON CROSSING COMMITTEE
Is sponsoring a ROAD RALLY To demonstrate the traffic congestion and destruction that
reckless development is bringing to our community The rally will begin at A&P in Patterson (intersection of Routes 22 and 311) at
3:00 pm Sunday, October 7. Be early!!
The rally will travel through Patterson down Route 311
past the proposed site of Patterson Crossing
then travel by Arts on the Lake in Lake Carmel
and past Paul Camarda’s Carmel Office on Route 6
The rally will terminate at the home of Lori Kemp,
which has been devastated by the careless construction of senior housing projects.
Her home is in clear view of the Grand opening of the Retreat where we hope to send the developer with his supporters a clear message.
A visible demonstration will be held in order to show the developer, the construction company, any local officials and any potential clientele who will be attending the event that we refuse to concede to future destruction of Putnam County.
Post your car with appropriate signage. It is vital that all participants follow traffic laws to the letter. We do not want any incidents of tickets or traffic violations.
STOP PATTERSON CROSSING is a citizen-directed organization dedicated to the preservation of the Lake Carmel, Kent and Patterson communities. We oppose the Patterson Crossing project because it is detrimental to our communities' unique way of life.
