A Special Meeting of the Yonkers City Council's Estate Committee will be held tonight, Monday, April 6th, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers, Yonkers City Hall , 4th Floor regarding the Greyston Workforce Housing Project. This meeting is in ADDITION TO tomorrow’s April 7th meeting regarding the Land Disposition Agreement referred to in an earlier posting.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
Discussion of the Restore New York Grant Application, regarding the Greyston Workforce Housing Project.
Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
Sharon Ebert of the Community Development Agency and representatives of the Landmarks Board have been requested to attended this meeting to address issues related to the Greyston Workforce Housing Project.
