Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers, Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Above Net Communications:
1. Resolution – authorizing the issuance of a determination of significance pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”) relating to the granting of a Right of Way agreement to AboveNet Communications for use on Executive Boulevard and Tuckahoe Road.
2. Resolution – approving a right of way agreement between the City of Yonkers and AboveNet Communications regarding the use of fiber optics in the City of Yonkers.
2. Upper Warburton Avenue rezoning:
1. General Ordinance – amending General Ordinance No. 24-1968 as readopted, confirmed, reenacted and reaffirmed by General Ordinance No. 39-1970 (commonly known as The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Yonkers) and the zoning map by amending said map by changing the zone classification of block 3570, lots 1-20 also known as 1167-1205 Warburton Avenue and all lots in blocks 3610 and 3615, from its present “A” zone district classification to a “MG” zone district.
3. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
