1. To address and discuss Inspector General Philip A. Zisman’s proposed audit of the Yonkers Board of Education health and welfare fund payments.
2. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.

The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Presentation from Stew Leonard on new LED sign for Yonkers store.
2. Discussion on the Transfer of City owned land adjacent to Precision Valve for manufacturing project.
3. Update on off-street parking resolution:
1. General Ordinance – amending Section 43-130 of the Zoning Code of the City of Yonkers in regard to New Buildings or Structures exempt from providing off-street parking and loading.
4. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
