Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 7:00 PM in Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Discussion on the discontinuance of Worth Street, adjacent to Precision Valve for manufacturing project.
2. Update on the SFC Project:
1. Resolution – determination of proposed Struever Fidelco Cappelli LLC River Park Center and Cacace Center Sites as a development site in accordance with Section 43-46 of the Zoning Code of the City of Yonkers. (Briefly mentioned so that the item does not die in committee).
2. Update on Negotiations (expected to be in Executive Session).
3. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
