Real Estate Committee Meeting for Tuesday, June 15, 2010, at 7:00 PM in the Conference Room, Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Resolution – Special Use Permit – 487-493 Central Park Avenue – to allow for the operation of a convenience store with an automobile service station.
2. Resolution - Special Use Permit – 574 Tuckahoe Road – to allow for the operation of a convenience store in conjunction with an automobile service station.
3. Gronowski & Lesnick – A Local Law amending the Code of the City of Yonkers by adding to the Code of the City of Yonkers, Chapter 43, Article XVIII “Steep Slopes” in reference to Zoning.
4. Any additional items that may properly come before this committee.

Community First! Development Coalition was established in April 2005 as a collaborative support network of Yonkers civic leaders, neighborhood associations and community groups from throughout the city facing common concerns about economic redevelopment. By sharing our knowledge and experiences with each other, Yonkers residents have begun to forge alliances around common interests that strengthen our ability to shape the future of our city.
