1. A LOCAL LAW PROVIDING THAT THE COLLECTION OF
TAXES IN THE CITY OF YONKERS SHALL BE ENFORCED
PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 11 OF THE NEW YORK STATE
REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW.
