10 Day Comment Period on IDA Macy's and SFC Tax Incentives Now Open
For Those who want to send in written comment on the Macy's or SFC Tax incentives to be awarded by the Yonkers IDA, send your comments to info@yonkersida.com. The 10 day comment period started on Thursday March 19th 2009.

ADVERTISMENT FOR BIDS & PUBLIC HEARINGS
Separate sealed BIDS for construction of the build-out of 40,000 s.f. of office/flex space on the 1st and 4th floors of 470 Nepperhan Avenue, Yonkers, NY will be received by MARCH 13, 2009, at the office of Yonkers IDA in Yonkers, NY at 470 Nepperhan Avenue, Suite 200, weekdays between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and then at said location, 2nd Floor Conference Room publicly opened and read aloud.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations:
National RE/sources, 485 West Putnam Avenue
Greenwich, CT 06830, Office (203) 661-0055
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of National RE/sources located at 485 West Putnam Avenue Greenwich, CT 06830 upon payment of $100.00 for each set.
Any BIDDER, upon returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS promptly and in good condition, will be refunded his/her payment, and any non-bidder upon so returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be refunded $50.00.
