Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 7:00 PM in the Conference Room, Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.

The following items will be on the Agenda:

1. Resolution - Special Use Permit – 380 Saw Mill River Road – to allow for two retail buildings to house stores and professional offices.



2. Special Ordinance – Special Use Permit – 594 a/k/a 600 Nepperhan Avenue – for the operation of a convenience store in conjunction with an automobile service station.



3. Presentation - Teutonia Hall Buena Vista Planned Unit Redevelopment.



4. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.



We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
