Charter Revision Commission Meeting Cancelled Last Night
The Charter Revision Commission Meeting last night was cancelled. Not enough members showed up. The next meeting is scheduled for wednesday June 27th in the Mayors Reception Room. More information when available will be supplied.
Budget Meeting Tonight Despite No Official Notice. 8:00pm City Hall
According to today's Journal News The City of Yonkers Budget will be voted on tonight. No official notice has been sent out as of 7:50am, despite the Council's own 24 hour notice rule. Interestingly the Ridge Hill Lease will now not be used to fill the budget gap.

This is a general notice to all residents. There has been a street collapse adjacent to the Metro North train station in Larkin Plaza. Larkin Plaza and Buena Vista Avenue (between Wells Avenue and Main Street) have been closed until further notice. The closing should be in effect for a MINIMUM of 3 days. Residents needing to use the adjacent facilities should make arrangements to accomodate the restricted access in the area.
