There is only one item on the agenda of this Special Meeting of the Board of Contract & Supply.
Item 1: Rehabilitation of the Concord 1 Million Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank in Rory O’Moore Park. Time is of the essence in performing this work: 1) the type of work can only be performed at this time of year; 2) the water tower can only be taken out of service during specific months. The city is endeavoring to have the work begin by August 1.
Note: This Special Meeting of the Board of Contract & Supply has been called with 24-hours notice in accordance with the New York State Open Meetings Law and in accordance with the Charter of the City of Yonkers.
