Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 3, 2008 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Resolution - approving the recommendation of the Landmarks Preservation Board and designating the Philipse Manor Historic District as a Landmark Pursuant to Section 45-5 of the Code of the City of Yonkers.
2. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
Please be advised that another item has been added to the agenda of the Thursday, April 3rd Real Estate Committee Meeting:
Representatives from Leake and Watts Service Inc. will brief the Real Estate Committee on Individualized Residential Alternatives for the properties located at 490, 492, 494 Hawthorn Avenue.
Please note that this should only take15 to 30 minutes and will be the first item heard followed by the Philipse Manor Historic District.
