Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at 7:15 PM in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. An update on the status of the SFC project, including the Preliminary Plan of the TIF District Boundaries.
2. Presentation by AvalonBay Communities, Inc. on their Avalon Yonkers Project – 79 Austin Avenue. Determination of the date for the public scoping session.
3. Resolution – In support of the McMansion Task force and a recommendation that the Mayor support the findings of the Task Force.
4. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
Note: In the event that the 8:00 PM Council meeting commences before the conclusion of the Real Estate Committee meeting, the Real Estate Committee will recess and continue its deliberations after the meeting. It is unlikely that item number 3 will be discussed until after the Council meeting.
