Please be advised that we have scheduled a Municipal Operations Committee Meeting for Monday, Dec. 29th at 5:45pm, in the Council Conference Room, 4th Floor, and City Hall. The following items will be on the agenda:
1. An overview of the ConEdison M29 Transmission Line Project scheduled to begin in Jan. 09 affecting 5 miles of Yonkers City streets.
2. Councilmember Gronowski’s resolution regarding the YPD Police Management Study.
3. Misc.- to consider any other item(s) that may properly come before the Committee.
By copy of this memo the Administration is requested to ask Joe Rachiele from Engineering to attend to provide an overview of the M29 Transmission Line Project and Commissioners Hartnett and Pagano to review how emergency situations will be handled.
Please know that I have also requested representatives from ConEdison.
