Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 7:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Special Ordinance – granting Con Ed a permit to install 4 feeders and related services in Smart Avenue, Wendover Road, Midland Avenue, Fullerton Avenue, Central Park Avenue South, Central Park Avenue North, Yonkers Avenue and Hall Place, the estimated dimensions are in excess of 100 linear feet in accordance with layout plan CO2-01666-8X.
2. General Ordinance – amending Chapter 66 of the Code of the City of Yonkers known as “Noise” relating to exempting certain noise from commercial and industrial sources in order to facilitate the redevelopment of the City of Yonkers.
3. Resolution of the Yonkers City Council authorizing the issuance of a determination of significance pursuant to the c relating to the amendment of the Noise Code of the City of Yonkers.
4. Determination of proposed Struever Fidelco Cappelli LLC River Park Center and Cacace Center sites as a designated development site in accordance with Section 43-46 of the Zoning Code of the City of Yonkers.
5. Briefing on the SFC Project, Full Tax Agreement (FTA).
6. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
