Please be advised there will be a Budget Hearing for the Fiscal Year 2011 Budget on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 beginning at 1:00 PM in the Council Chambers, 4th Floor, City Hall.

Discussion will be on the following items:
* Constituent Services (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
o Community Services
o Office of the Aging

* Inspector General (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM)

· Department of Public Works (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

* Corporation Counsel (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

* Housing & Community Redevelopment (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

We are requesting that all Budget Hearings be televised.
