Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 18th at 5:30 PM in the Council Conference Room 406, Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Presentation: Teutonia Hall Buena Vista Planned Urban Redevelopment.
2. Resolution – Special Use Permit – 2 Saw Mill River Road – for a proposed refurbished maintenance shed and reconstruct a building to house the cemetery office and maintenance facility.
3. Brief Update: Resolution – Special Use Permit – 100 Central Park Avenue (Hillview Reservoir) granting New York City Department of Environmental Protection a Special Use Permit for the proposed installation of a guard house and tree removal by the property owner (New York City Department of Environmental Protection).
4. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
