A GENERAL ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF CODE OF THE CITY OF YONKERS ALSO KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF YONKERS, NEW YORK OF 2000 BY ADDING A SECTION ON PLANNED NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT.
