Municipal Operations Committee Meeting for Monday, September 10, 2007 at 6:15pm in the City Council Chambers, 4th Floor, City Hall.

Review of Local Law amending Article XII of Chapter 56 of the COY Code in regard to flood erosion and sediment control and floodway and floodway fringe area control, respectively, for the purpose of bringing such laws into compliance with the regulations of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
2. And any other item/s that may properly come before this committee.
