Please be advised that a Legislation & Codes Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at 6:00 PM in the Council Conference Room, City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Resolution seeking to safeguard City Funds granted to agencies such as the South Broadway BID. (Invited speakers on this item include the Director and Board Chairman).
2. General Ordinance – amending Chapter 20 of the City Code entitled Food Vendors, Hawking, Peddling, Transient Business And Home Solicitation in regard to fees.
3. General Ordinance – amending Chapter 22 of the City Code entitled Billposting and Distribution in regard to identification badges.
4. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
