Please be advised that the agenda for the Real Estate Committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 20th at has been amended to the following:
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Local Law – amending the Affordable Housing ordinance for the City of Yonkers.
2. Lead Agency requests that its consultant’s make themselves available for a briefing on substantive issues for the proposed SFC redevelopment project including but not limited to: Day Lighting, Infrastructure, and Affordable Housing.
3. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
The previous items have been held over for a future Real Estate Committee meeting to be announced.

First Agenda:
Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Local Law – amending the Affordable Housing ordinance for the City of Yonkers.
2. Resolution – approving the recommendation of the Landmarks Preservation Board and designating the Glenwood Power Plant at 45 and 45 ½ Water Grant Way, Block 2635, Lots 15 and 19 as landmark pursuant to section 45-5 of the Code of the City of Yonkers.
3. Update on Boyce Thompson Institute project.
4. Update on Milio Management Project.
5. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
