Please be advised that a Legislation & Codes Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 27th, 2008 at 5 pm in the City Council Chambers, 4th Floor, City Hall.
Items for discussion include:
1) Majority Leader Annabi – Resolution seeking to have Yonkers enact “Safe Housing Legislation.”
2) By the Administration– Local Law – amending Chapter 75 of the Code, entitled Police, by adding a new Article VI, entitled “Public Nuisance Abatement.”
3) By the Administration– Local Law – amending Chapter 58 of the Code, entitled Building and Housing Code, by adding a new Article VII entitled, “Vacant Building Registry.”
4) All other business properly coming before this committee.
