Please be advised that I have scheduled a Franchise Committee Meeting for Tuesday, October 28th, 2008 at 6:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 4th Floor, City Hall.
The following item(s) will be discussed:
1. Resolution – approving the rights -of -way agreements to Extenet Systems, Inc., to construct, operate and maintain a distributed antenna service along the public rights-of way within the City of Yonkers
2. Resolution – to issue a determination of non-significance pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) relating to the proposed rights-of-way agreement with Extenet Systems, Inc. along the public rights-of-way within the City of Yonkers
3. Misc. –to consider any other item(s) that may properly come before the Committee
