Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 6:00 PM in the Council Conference Room, Room 406, City Hall, 4th Floor.
Please note that this meeting is expected to be held in Executive Session. If there are any items that need to be reported back to the public, it shall be done directly following the Executive Session.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Discussion of issues related to the SFC project, including pending SEQRA findings and LDA negotiations.
2. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
