Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Resolution – authorizing the implementation and funding in the first instance 100% of the federal aid and state Marchiselli Program aid eligible Costs of a transportation federal aid project and approaching funds therefore.
2. Update on Warburton Avenue Rezoning.
3. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
