Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Designation of Lead Agency/ Coordinated Review for the proposed convenience store at 360 Nepperhan Avenue
2. Local Law – amending the Affordable Housing Ordinance for the City of Yonkers.
