Please be advised that an Intergovernmental Relations Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at 7:00 PM in City Hall, Council Chambers, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Resolution - requesting that the Mayor direct the City Assessor to undertake a reassessment of all real property within the City of Yonkers in accordance with New York State Real Property Tax Law Section 305, mandating uniform and equitable assessments.
2. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the City Assessor and any other officials deemed necessary attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to Reassessment.
