In accordance with the provisions of Section 505(3) of Article 15 of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Article 15 GML”), and Section 28-a of Article 3 of the General City Law, the City Council will hold a public hearing to consider approval of proposed modifications of two urban renewal plans known as the Getty Square Urban Renewal Plan and the Modified Urban Renewal Plan for N.D.P. Areas No. 1 and No. 2 (the “Urban Renewal Plans”) and for certain amendments to the Yonkers Downtown Waterfront Master Plan (the “Downtown Waterfront Master Plan”).
