Please note that City Council President Chuck Lesnick has requested a Joint Meeting of the Education Committee and the Budget Committee. We, as Committee Chairs have therefore scheduled the Joint meeting for Tuesday, May 05, 2009 at 6pm in the Yonkers City Council Chambers (4th Floor), 40 South Broadway, Yonkers, NY 10701.
Items for discussion are:
1) Zisman – communication regarding Inspector General’s proposed audit of Board of Ed's health insurance payments;
2) All other items properly coming before this committee’s queue.
We are requesting that this meeting be televised.
We ask that a representative from the Yonkers Public Schools attend.
