Budget Committee -Budget Hearings Schedule for Fiscal Year 2010
Please be advised that we have scheduled the Fiscal Year 2010 Departmental Budget Hearings. (See attached schedule) All meetings will be held in the City Council Chambers, 4th Floor, City Hall.
Note that Public Hearings will be held on:
Tuesday - May 19th, 7:00pm
City Hall
40 S. Broadway -4th Floor Council Chambers
Thursday - May 28th, 7:00pm
Saunders High School
183 Palmer Rd- Auditorium
We are also requesting that all Budget Hearings be televised.
