Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 5:30 PM in the Conference Room, Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Resolution - Special Use Permit – 380 Saw Mill River Road – to allow for two retail buildings to house stores and professional offices.
2. Resolution - Special Use Permit – 574 Tuckahoe Road – to allow for the operation of a convenience store in conjunction with an automobile service station.
3. Resolution – Special Use Permit – 487-493 Central Park Avenue – to allow for the operation of a convenience store in conjunction with an automobile service station.
4. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
