Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 5:30 PM in the Conference Room, Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Resolution - Special Use Permit – 380 Saw Mill River Road – to allow for two retail buildings to house stores and professional offices.
2. Presentation from Stew Leonard on new LED sign for Yonkers store.
3. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
