1. Resolution to issue a determination of significance pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA)
relating to the proposed sale of city owned property located at 2 Baldwin Place to Rising Development Corporation, LLC.;
2. Resolution – sale of 2 Baldwin Place;
3. Resolution – River Club – 1105-1135 Warburton Avenue approve amended site plan for 353 unit building;
