REAL ESTATE COMMITTEE MEETING
In addition to the item listed below, the following items will also be on the agenda for the Real Estate Committee Meeting on Tuesday, November 27, 2007:
1. Lesnick, McDow, Robertson, McLaughlin & Murtagh – A General Ordinance amending Chapter 45 of the Code of the City of Yonkers also known as “Historic and Landmarks Preservation” in regard to Demolition.;
2. Resolution to issue a determination of significance pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA)
relating to the proposed sale of city owned property located at 2 Baldwin Place to Rising Development Corporation, LLC.;
3. Resolution – sale of 2 Baldwin Place;
4. Resolution – sale of 239 Warburton Avenue;
5. Resolution to issue a determination of significance pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA)
relating to the proposed sale of city owned property located at 239 Warburton Avenue to Gordon G. Taft
6. Special Ordinance – permission for a long house sanitary sewer connection at 4 Winthrop Avenue (no expense to the City of Yonkers
7. Resolution – River Club – 1105-1135 Warburton Avenue approve amended site plan for 353 unit building
8. Resolution – authorizing the sale of real property located at 14 Overlook Terrace to Rising Development Yonkers, LLC;
9. Special Ordinance –authorizing an encroachment in the right-of-way on 92 Cook Avenue, subject to certain terms and conditions;
10. Resolution – Negative Declaration for 10 Warburton Avenue
11. Resolution – special use permit – 10 Warburton Avenue
12. Resolution – Negative Declaration for 36 Main Street
13. Resolution – approving sponsor and easement for the benefit of building located at 36 Main Street and designated as Section 1, Block 501, Lot 19 on the Tax Map of the City of Yonkers;
14. Resolution – Negative Declaration for 38 Main Street
15. Resolution – approving sponsor and easement for the benefit of building located at 38 Main Street and designated as Section 1,Block 501, Lot 19 on the Tax Map of the City of Yonkers
16. Special Ordinance – authorizing an encroachment consisting of access steps in the right-of-way on 965 Midland Avenue, subject to certain terms and conditions;
17. Special Ordinance – authorizing an encroachment consisting of a retaining wall in the right-of-way on 965 Midland Avenue, subject to certain terms and conditions.
18. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
