On the agenda:
7. A General Ordinance establishing a temporary moratorium on the issuance of building permits for all residential building construction throughout the City of Yonkers, which shall be in place until a comprehensive study can be completed to determine the adequacy of the current Zoning Code as it relates to public safety, quality of life and environmental impacts of residential construction and until the Council has an opportunity to evaluate the study and at its discretion implement any suggested changes, additions or deletions in the current Zoning Code.
