YONKERS, NY – The Real Estate Committee Meeting headed by Chairpersons Chuck Lesnick and Patricia McDow has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
*items 1-3 deal refer to developer Nick Sprayregen:
1) Resolution - Authorizing the sale of real property located at 14 Overlook Terrace to Rising Development Corporation, LLC.
2) Resolution - sale of 2 Baldwin Place.
3) Resolution - to issue a determination of significant pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) relating to the proposed sale of city owned property located at 2 Baldwin Place to Rising Development Corporation, LLC.
Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
