Please be advised that a Legislation & Codes Committee Meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 6:30 pm. in the City Council Chambers, 4th floor.
Items for discussion are:
1) Administration – Local Law - amending Section 47-4 and section 47-5 of Ch.47 of the COY code entitled "Outdoor Signs"; Article I, Article III, and Article VII of Ch. 56 of the COY code entitled "Building and Electrical Code" and section 66-11 of Chapter 66 of the COY code entitled "Noise" regarding the increase of fees under the COY code.
2) Admin – Local Law amending Article III of Ch. 1 of the COY code entitled "Penalties" regarding the increase of all fines and civil penalties under the COY code.
Please have the appropriate Commissioners/Department Heads/Directors or their representatives attend so they can address issues relating to their departments.
