NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to law, that the Yonkers Municipal Civil Service Commission of the City of Yonkers, New York will hold a Public Hearing on March 26, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. in City Hall.
Subject to approval of the Civil Service Commission of the State of New York, the proposed amendments to the Rules and to Appendices “A”, “B” and “C” and of the Rules of the Yonkers Municipal Civil Service Commission, position in the Exempt, Non-Competitive Class and the Unclassified Service within its jurisdiction, be added/deleted/amended and be approved as follows:
