Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 8:30 PM in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Resolution - directing the Inspector General to perform a review of three specific large development projects in Yonkers: Mulfords Gardens/HOPE VI, Ridge Hill and Yonkers Raceway and report to the Council his findings and recommendations as to whether or not the promises that were made were kept.
2. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have Inspector General Zisman and any other appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
