For nearly a decade our community has been abused by developers and mismanaged by City Hall. The results are painfully clear - landslides, sewage spills, destruction of Hudson River wetlands, increased traffic, inadequate parking, empty lots and condemned homes where families generating taxes once lived.
It’s time to come out and tell City Hall:
Let’s Get Greystone Right!
· Enforce of All Building Codes
· Rezone to Low Rise Apartments that don’t require extensive excavation
· Stop homeowner evacuations due to developer blunders

It’s simple – lower, less dense structures require less excavation thereby reducing the risk of further landslides, construction failures and sewage line collapses.
RCCY has spent years making the case to rezone our neighborhood – and the Yonkers Planning Board agrees – but before it can go into effect, this proposal must be voted on and approved by a majority of the City Council.
RCCY urges you to show your support for rezoning by contacting those officials opposed or unwilling to commit to the passage of this critical measure.
