The Yonkers City Council will be holding a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 8 pm in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 4th Floor to discuss two grant proposals for consideration by the New York State Empire State Development Corporation’s Restore NY program.
Proposal 1: To restore and rehabilitate portions of the Philipse Manor Historic District at the following addresses:
