Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers, Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Update on the Alexander Street Master Plan.
2. Resolution - approval of a Special Use Permit Application for an application for a Live-Work Building known as 54 aka 56 Warburton Avenue.
3. Resolution - authorizing the Mayor to apply for a grant from New York State's Restore New York Communities Initiative in order to assist with the redevelopment and restoration of and a portion of the Philipse Manor Historic District along Warburton Avenue and Wells Avenue.
4. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please have Sharon Ebert attend this meeting to address issues related to item 3 and any other appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting, so they can address issues relating to their departments.
