Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Developer's briefing to the Real Estate Committee regarding the SFC project.
2. Resolution – authorizing the City of Yonkers to submit an application to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Section 108 loan funds for an amount not to exceed $4,260,258 million and lend the $4,260,258 million through the Section 108 Program to SFC Newco LLC for the development of the modified Urban Renewal Area for N.D.P. Area 1 and Area 2 and the Getty Square Urban Renewal Area.
3. Resolution - approving plan modification to the Getty Square Urban Renewal Plan.
4. Resolution - approving plan modification to the modified Urban Renewal Plan for N.D.P. Area No. 1 and N.D.P. Area No. 2 in connection with Palisades Point Project.
5. Resolution - approving modifications to the Downtown Yonkers Waterfront Master Plan.
6. General Ordinance – amending Chapter 43 of the Code of the City of Yonkers relating to the SFC Development Proposal pursuant to Article XIII of the Yonkers Zoning Ordinance.
7. Special Ordinance – discontinuing streets and portions of public streets in the City of Yonkers pursuant to Section 29 of Article III of the General City Law.
We ask the Administration to please have the appropriate Commissioners/Departments Heads/Directors or their representatives attend the meeting so they can address issues relating to their departments.
