Please be advised that a Real Estate Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, Yonkers City Hall, 4th Floor.
The following items will be on the Agenda:
1. Update on the Alexander Street Master Plan.
2. Resolution - approval of a Special Use Permit Application for an application for a Live-Work Building known as 54 aka 56 Warburton Avenue.
3. Resolution - Restore NY Grant - restoration and repair of the Philipse Manor Historic District for the Greyston Workforce Housing development.
4. Resolution - Restore NY Grant - restoration and repair of the former Library at 5-7 Main Street for the SFC Project.
5. Any additional items that may properly come before this Committee.
We ask the Administration to please send the Law Department, Downtown and Waterfront Development Department, and Planning Department and any other appropriate agencies to discuss item # 1.
Also, we ask that the Administration send Sharon Ebert to address issues related to items 3 and 4.
