**Please read the Following regarding the Budget and Finance Committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 19th. **
At the request of Council Majority Leader Patricia McDow, we are adding another Item to the Budget and Finance Committee agenda.
* Discussion of the Community Development Agency (CDA) with respect to the audit done by the New York State Authority Budget Office.
We ask the Administration to send a representation to explain the position of the Yonkers CDA with respect to the New York State Authority Budget Office audit.
The Budget Chair also asks for a delineation of the fiscal impact of the City’s hanging signs above roads and city bridges.
Due to the fact that the four Landmarks Preservation Board appointees (Richard Halevy, James Westbrook, Richard Carlson, Jassal Harjit) by the Mayor will be interviewed during the second part of the Rules Committee meeting (will be televised). We have changed the start time of the Budget and Finance Committee to 7:30 PM.
Please note that item # 6 will be discussed in the Education Committee meeting at 5:30 and not in Budget and Finance Committee.
