1) RESOLUTION REQUESTING PASSAGE OF LEGISLATION AUTHORIZING A TAX ON ADMISSIONS (RACINOS) (continued
discussion).
2) A GENERAL ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 111 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF YONKERS ALSO KNOWN AS “TOW TRUCKS.”
3) A GENERAL ORDINANCE GENERALLY AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE YONKERS CITY CODE ENTITLED “CONSUMER
PROTECTION CODE” IN REGARD TO NEW LICENSES FOR LANDSCAPERS AND IN REGARD TO NEW LICENSES FOR
THE DISPOSAL OF LEAVES AND OTHER ORGANIC REFUSE.
